We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to support and maintain manufacturing IT systems, ensuring seamless real-time data collection, validation, archiving, visualization, and data availability. The ideal candidate will have robust knowledge of process historian platforms and experience with industrial communication protocols. This role requires minimal supervision and the ability to work independently on assigned systems and issues.

Roles and Responsibility
Deploy, configure, and maintain process historian servers, interfaces, collectors, and data archives.
Manage tag configuration, scaling, compression settings, data retention, and storage optimization.
Integrate and understand historian with PLCs, DCS, SCADA, field devices, Level 2, and MES.
Develop and maintain data interfaces for real-time and historical data retrieval.
Resolve application incidents, service requests, and system issues within agreed SLAs.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Perform system enhancements, upgrades, and configuration changes as per business needs.




Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Participate in validation documentation and audit support activities.
Support business-critical manufacturing systems for a global enterprise client.
Work in a client-facing role with high operational responsibility.
Handle complex incidents and escalations.

Job Requirements
Robust knowledge of process historian platforms like OSIsoft PI System, Wonderware AVEVA Historian, Aspen InfoPlus21, and GE Proficy Historian.
Experience with SQL querying, database management, and scripting using Python or PowerShell.
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols and data acquisition.
Ability to work independently on assigned systems and issues.
Robust problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Experience in compliancedriven environments.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
