Job Summary:
Country Inn Smart Stays is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Guest Service Associate to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort standards across guest rooms and public areas. The candidate will ensure guests have a pleasant and hygienic stay experience by delivering high-quality housekeeping services.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas as per hotel standards
Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities
Ensure rooms are properly sanitized and ready before guest check-in
Report maintenance issues, lost & found items,
or damages to the supervisor
Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and cleanliness protocols
Assist guests politely when required and respond to housekeeping requests
Maintain housekeeping trolleys and cleaning equipment properly
Benefits:
