We are looking for a Senior Counsellor who can handle client counselling independently, and support conversions by consultative approach. The role requires solid communication skills, and the ability to handle junior counsellors.
Preferred candidate profile
Provide career/course counseling to students or clients via calls, chats, and meetings.
Handle senior-level or complex cases .
Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up systematically.
