Job Description:
Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of MEP and HVAC systems.
Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other project teams to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor subcontractors, manpower, materials, and daily site progress.
Conduct inspections, identify site issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Support testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and project handover.
Maintain daily progress reports and ensure project completion within the planned schedule.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
