Position Summary

We are seeking a highly competent Social Media Executive with demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a deep understanding of paid media platforms. This role will contribute directly to the development, execution, and optimization of customer acquisition and brand-building campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage effective paid advertising strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to meet KPIs, including CTR, CPC, ROAS, and overall campaign profitability.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to support campaign planning.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing assets.
Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Oversee daily social media operations, including content scheduling, page management, and engagement.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business,



Communications, or a related field (preferred). (Not mandatory)
2+ years of proven experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Robust understanding of digital metrics, conversion tracking, and marketing analytics.
Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Ads Manager.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interpret data into strategic recommendations.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous)
Knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative tools.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
Experience with additional ad platforms such as TikTok Ads or LinkedIn Ads.
