Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.
Understand client requirements and begin sourcing immediately after receiving a requirement.
Submit relevant candidate profiles within a few hours whenever possible.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, availability, salary expectations, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews and maintain continuous follow-up until offer acceptance and onboarding.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of technology professionals across multiple skill sets.
Negotiate compensation and notice periods with candidates.
Maintain accurate recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Build long-term relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
Meet monthly recruitment and closure targets.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in IT recruitment.




Experience recruiting for both Contract Staffing and Permanent Hiring.
Proven track record of successful closures.
Solid sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, and other recruitment platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Solid follow-up and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working with aggressive turnaround times.
Self-driven with minimal supervision.
Highly organized and detail oriented.

Technical Knowledge (Preferred)

While you are not expected to be a software engineer, familiarity with common technologies helps in understanding client requirements and identifying suitable candidates.

Knowledge of technologies such as:
Java, .NET, Python, Node.js, React, Angular, DevOps, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle ERP, Data Engineering, AI / Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, QA Automation, Database technologies (SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
