Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and quality standards.
Coordinate with doctors and other departments for smooth patient care.
Mentor, guide, and evaluate nursing staff performance.
Conduct orientation and on-the-job training for recent nurses.
Monitor inventory and ensure adequate availability of medicines, consumables, and equipment.
Ensure proper infection prevention and control practices.
Handle patient and attendant concerns professionally and promptly.
Report clinical incidents, medication errors, and other adverse events as per hospital policy.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and accreditation activities.
Ensure patient safety and maintain a clean, secure, and organized work setting.
Prepare and submit unit reports as required
