Responsible for Transformation Strategy & Roadmap
Handle and drive ServiceNow ITOM & Now Assist Transformation and Drive adoption of Now Assist capabilities
Own, Design and Deploy - Autonomous Operations Center (AOC) and establish operational intelligence framework
Must Lead the Observability & Monitoring Transformation
Lead automation programs across the application portfolio.
Own the definition, governance, tracking, and realization of all transformation commitments.
Establish and operate transformation governance across the engagement
Serve as the primary transformation liaison between customer and Tech Mahindra.

Preferred candidate profile
15+ years of IT Operations, Application Management, Infrastructure, or Service Management experience
7+ years leading transformation programs
Experience managing large-scale AMO engagements
Experience driving productivity and automation programs
Robust stakeholder management at executive level
