We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies, lead a team of Sales Engineers, and build robust client relationships. This is a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in Electrical Panels, Automation, IoT, and Digitization.

Role & responsibilities
Build long-term relationships with potential and existing customers
Develop business strategies for growth
Bring strong sales-technical skills to understand exact customer requirements
Set and exceed sales goals for the team
Manage tender processes on government/e-procurement portals for revenue generation
Understand Automation/Electrical Panel products & services
Handle price scheduling, budgeting, and tracking for the team
Lead and track performance of a 510 member sales team
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for the sales team
Deliver client-specific sales presentations
Track competitor products/OEMs and articulate our USPs
Translate customer/Sales Engineer requirements into robust proposals
Coordinate with Sales Engineering,



Design & Costing teams for enquiries
Prepare, submit, and discuss technical proposals with clients
Negotiate and communicate effectively for high-value orders
Coordinate after-sales service with the Service department
Manage payment follow-ups
Plan and track Sales Engineers' customer visit schedules

Preferred candidate profile
57+ years in Sales/Business Development within Institutes, Industries, or related departments, with experience managing a 5–10 member engineering team
Proven B2B sales and team management experience
Market knowledge of Electrical Panels, Automation Solutions, Energy Saving Solutions & IoT products preferred
Familiarity with ABB / Siemens / Schneider / Mitsubishi products preferred
Knowledge of LT/HT Switchgear & Electrical Control Panels preferred
Solid costing and taxation knowledge
Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics; MBA preferred
