Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and consultants.
Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews.
Handle recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar positions.
Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring trackers.
Coordinate with department heads to close positions on time.
Eligibility
Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.
3–4 years of HR recruitment experience.
Mandatory experience in recruitment for the Garment/Apparel/Textile Manufacturing Industry.
Experience in hiring factory staff, production teams, merchandisers, designers, and support functions.
Positive communication and MS Excel skills.
