Generate current business through cold calling, customer visits, and referrals.
Promote the company's product portfolio, including HR Plates, HR Coils, Structural Steel, Special Grade Plates, Wear-Resistant Plates, and High-Strength Steel.
Prepare and submit quotations based on customer requirements.
Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules within company guidelines.
Monitor customer payments and assist in collection of outstanding dues.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Participate in exhibitions, customer meetings, and promotional activities as required.
Preferred candidate profile
Knowledge of steel grades, sizes, and industrial applications.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Solid customer relationship management abilities.
Ability to prepare quotations and understand commercial terms.
