We are looking for a skilled Pega System Architect with expertise in CSA to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 25 years of experience, including at least one full Pega release cycle.

Roles and Responsibility
Configure case lifecycle stages, steps, assignments, SLAs, and UI using ConstellationCosmos.
Develop REST mappings, authentication profiles, and basic error handling paths.
Author PegaUnit tests and support test data creation, assisting in packaging and deployments.
Maintain knowledge articles and technical documentation.
Collaborate with teams to design and implement Pega solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Job Requirements
Mandatory Pega CSA certification is required.
Plus Customer Service badge and/or Digital Messaging badge is preferred.
Solid understanding of case design fundamentals, stages, steps, SLA, goal, deadline, escalations, routing, and reassignments.
Experience with Data pages, scopes, refresh, data transforms, activities,



minimal and guardrail-compliant, and decision rules.
Familiarity with REST integration basics, request-response mapping, authentication profiles, and handling 4xx/5xx responses.
Knowledge of PEGA Development, Pega Unit tests, assertions, coverage, and defect reproduction using tracerlogs.
Understanding of Guardrails and willingness to learn via code reviews and CoE playbooks.
Basic PDC familiarity and performance tuning levers.
Awareness of CDH and GenAI concepts in service.
Digital Messaging and Email Bot configuration exposure to intents and entities.
A robust educational background is required.
