As the SEO Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to increase online visibility and drive website traffic.

Roles And Responsibilities:-
Lead a team of SEO specialists and oversee their day-to-day activities
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits to identify areas for improvement
Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and other on-page elements for maximum search visibility
Create and implement link-building strategies to improve domain authority
Analyze website performance using SEO tools and provide regular reports on key metrics
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, web developers, and designers to implement SEO recommendations




Monitor the effectiveness of SEO campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize results
Mentor and train team members on SEO techniques and best practices

Experience Requirements:-
Prior experience as an SEO specialist or similar role
Demonstrated success in improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic
In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices in on-page optimization
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz
Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals
Proactive mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in SEO
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Certification in SEO or digital marketing is a plus
