Job Title: Telecaller / Counselor

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller / Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining our services, counseling prospective customers, and converting leads into admissions or sales.

Responsibilities:
Make and receive phone calls professionally.
Counsel customers and understand their requirements.
Explain services and answer customer queries.
Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
Update call records and customer information.
Achieve daily and monthly targets.

Requirements:
Positive communication skills in English and the local language.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and convincing skills.
Previous telecalling or counseling experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: As per company standards / Based on experience.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
