Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in one or more HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruitment, Learning, Compensation, Perks, Absence Management, and Payroll.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Configure and implement Oracle HCM Cloud modules based on business needs.
Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design discussions.
Configure Core HR, Workforce Structures, Security, Approval Workflows, and HCM Extracts.
Support data migration, data validation, and system integration activities.
Prepare functional design documents, test scenarios, and user training materials.
Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).




Troubleshoot production issues and provide post-go-live support.
Collaborate with technical teams for reports, integrations, and customizations.
Ensure solutions align with Oracle Cloud best practices.

Required Skills
4+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations and support.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules such as:
Core HR
Absence Management
Talent Management
Recruitment (ORC)
Learning
Compensation
Advantages
Workforce Modeling
Strong understanding of HCM business processes and configurations.
Experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, Rapid Formula, and Approval Workflows.
Knowledge of security roles and data access configuration.
Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
Strong client-facing and communication skills.
