Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights:
Analyse transaction data, customer behaviour, and product performance to identify trends and prospects.
Prepare dashboards and MIS reports for senior management
Ensures data quality and insights for reports for decision making
Product Support:
Assist in designing workflows/ Data Models for product features and sales campaigns.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Ensures time-bound delivery and effectiveness of campaigns/features/changes
Stakeholder Management:
Act as a bridge between business teams and central teams
Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies effectively.
