Role & responsibilities :
Supervise daily site activities and monitor workforce productivity.
Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project plans.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution.
Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with company standards.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site safety procedures.
Verify measurements and quantities of work completed at the site.
Monitor material consumption and coordinate with the store and procurement teams for timely material availability.
Maintain daily progress reports and update management on project status.
Identify and resolve site-related issues to avoid delays in project completion.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and quality standards are maintained.
Assist in planning and scheduling site activities as per project timelines.
Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the project site.
Coordinate with the Accounts and Billing teams for contractor work certification and documentation.
