We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead with robust expertise in mobile application development and proven experience in leading high-performing teams. The ideal candidate should possess excellent hands-on technical skills, be capable of managing a team of 10 resources and provide technical guidance to ensure successful project delivery. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Primary Skills (Must have hnads on experince):
Overall experience on mobile technologies with 12 years (Native and cross platform)
7+ years of strong experience with Swift iOS development.
4+ years of strong experience with Kotlin.
3+ years of robust experience with Ionic capacitor development.
Good understanding of mobile applications architecture and best practices.
Understanding backend systems, APIs to effectively collaborate with backend teams.
Role & responsibilities :
Possess over 12 years of experience in mobile application development, including both native and cross-platform technologies.
Demonstrate robust technical expertise in Swift, Kotlin, and Ionic Capacitor application development.
Ability to effectively understand and analyze both business and technical requirements.
Translate business requirements into well-defined technical requirements, user stories and actionable development tasks.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners and development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood, effectively communicated, and successfully implemented.
Experienced in serving as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement to ensure smooth project execution.
