Role & responsibilities
Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service and personalized attention to guests or customers to enhance their experience
Guest Assistance: Assisting guests with inquiries, requests, and needs, such as room bookings, reservations, check-in and check-out, and special arrangements
Problem Resolution: Addressing and resolving guest concerns, complaints, and issues to ensure a positive guest experience
Welcoming Guests: Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival, providing information about the property or establishment, and offering assistance with luggage and belongings
Concierge Services: Offering concierge services, including providing recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities,
as well as arranging transportation and bookings
Up-selling and Cross-selling: Promoting additional services or amenities, such as room upgrades, spa treatments, or dining options, to enhance revenue and guest satisfaction
Special Requests: Managing and fulfilling special requests from guests, such as arranging for flowers, room decorations, or dietary preferences
