We are seeking an experienced CyberArk Transformation Lead to drive enterprise-wide Privileged Access Management (PAM) transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead CyberArk strategy, architecture, governance, and implementation for large-scale security transformation programs while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end CyberArk transformation programs from assessment to production deployment.
Define PAM strategy, governance framework, operating model, and implementation roadmap.
Assess existing environments and design future-state CyberArk architecture.
Conduct customer workshops, solution discussions, and executive presentations.
Develop migration strategies from legacy PAM solutions to CyberArk.
Lead cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, testers, and integration specialists.
Establish implementation standards, security controls, and best practices.
Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, IAM, Security, and Application teams.
Drive project governance,



risk mitigation, issue resolution, and executive reporting.
Build and establish a CyberArk Center of Excellence (CoE).
