Chemical Lab Planner

The holder of this position will be the technical lead for the Chemical and Materials Laboratory, simultaneously managing complex testing execution and operational coordination. The primary focus is to ensure component compliance and to serve as the strategic technical interface between R&D;, Quality, and Global Procurement.
Technical Responsibilities (Expertise) : Chemical test and analysis: Conduct chemical tests for component compatibility and results analysis. Act as the technical reference for local R&D.;
Bridge to cooperate chemical team.
Material test and analysis : Conduct material characterization and failure analysis.
Coordination Responsibilities (Leadership)
Workflow Management : Prioritize the testing pipeline based on R&D;
project timelines, optimizing Lead Time for technical reports.
Resources management : Control people and equipment availability, as the consumption of reagents, gases, and consumables,



driving operational efficiency and precision.
Calibration & Maintenance : Ensure 100% of analytical instruments (Chromatography, Spectrometry, etc.) are calibrated and under rigorous preventive maintenance plans.
Technical Mentorship : Develop technicians and interns, fostering a
development culture and procedural discipline within the team.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Engineering or specialized degree is a significant competitive advantage.

Soft Skills : Rigorous analytical mindset (scientific skepticism), resilience to meet R&D; deadlines, and excellent executive communication skills.

Languages : Fluent English (Mandatory for interfacing with global plants
and interpreting international standards).
