Role & responsibilities
Coordinate shipment bookings with suppliers and freight forwarders across all sourcing locations.
Monitor booking confirmations and follow up on outstanding shipment bookings.
Liaise with suppliers and forwarders to ensure timely cargo readiness and shipment execution.
Investigate booking discrepancies and resolve scheduling issues.
Shipment Tracking , ETA Management & Reporting
Maintain Data Accuracy & Compliance
Ad-hoc Duties
Preferred candidate profile
Prior experience with Freight Forwarders for Import.
Stakeholder Management
ERP experience, Excel skills and refined written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in Power query or Power BI will be beneficial
