We are hiring an experienced Die Fitter for our automotive manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for die assembly, maintenance, troubleshooting, and supporting production activities.
Responsibilities:
Assembly and fitting of progressive dies, press tools, and stamping dies.
Preventive and breakdown maintenance of dies and tooling.
Troubleshooting and rectification of die-related issues.
Die trials and production support.
Inspection, repair, and replacement of die components.
Reading and understanding engineering/tool drawings.
Ensuring quality and safety standards on the shop floor.
Requirements:
ITI Fitter / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Tool & Die Making.
2–8 years of experience in Automotive Manufacturing, Press Shop, or Tool Room.
Knowledge of Progressive Dies, Press Tools, and Sheet Metal Stamping.
Ability to use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
Salary: Best in Industry.
