Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Workday Reporting & Integration Consultant with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting Workday reports, integrations, and data interfaces. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Workday HCM, Reporting, EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and Workday Integration Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
Build and support advanced, matrix, composite, and custom reports.
Develop and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and Cloud Connect.
Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting and integration solutions.
Configure calculated fields and Workday security for reporting.
Develop outbound and inbound integrations with third-party systems.
Troubleshoot integration failures and resolve production issues.
Support data conversion, migration, and validation activities.
Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT, and deployment activities.
Collaborate with HR,



Payroll, Finance, and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills
4+ years of experience in Workday Reporting and Integrations.
Solid hands-on experience with:
Workday Reporting
Advanced Reports
Matrix Reports
Composite Reports
Calculated Fields
EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
Core Connectors
Workday Studio
Workday Integration Cloud
XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST APIs
Experience with Workday HCM modules.
Knowledge of Workday Security and Business Processes.
Robust troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects.

Preferred Skills
Workday Pro Certification in Integrations and/or Reporting.
Experience with PECI, PICOF, RaaS, BIRT, and Cloud Connect.
Exposure to Workday Payroll, Advantages, Talent, and Recruiting modules.
Experience in global implementation projects.
Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
