Requirement – We are seeking an experienced Company Secretary with a solid NBFC background to manage regulatory filings, compliance, and corporate governance functions. The ideal candidate will bring 8–9 years of relevant experience and demonstrated expertise in SEBI (LODR) compliance, company law, and board management.
Qualification: CS, BCom /LLB
Responsibilities:
Ensure timely filings under SEBI (LODR) Regulations and compliance with company law provisions.
Manage NBFC compliance requirements, including RBI guidelines and sector-specific regulations.
Handle issuance and compliance related to Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs).
Organize and conduct Board, Committee, and General Meetings as per statutory requirements.
Draft agendas, prepare minutes, and maintain statutory registers and records.
Advise the Board on governance practices, legal obligations, and compliance risks.
Coordinate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities in line with the Companies Act.
