Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements.
Create BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flows.
Coordinate with clients, developers, and QA teams.
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
Support UAT and ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills:
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with BRD, FRD, UML, and Agile/Scrum.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Knowledge of SQL and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Visio is preferred.
