Lead and manage the end-to-end admissions process from initial enquiry to final enrolm
entRecruit, develop, train, and mentor a team of Admission Counsellors and ancillary st
affPrepare comprehensive Admission Folders covering school philosophy, infrastructure, board affiliation, achievements, staff profiles, fee structures, and parent testimoni
alsDesign and deliver effective admission sales pitches and train counsellors on objection handling techniq
uesCollect and analyze daily admissions data including enquiry mode (walk-in, telephonic), follow-ups, and conversion rat

Qualifications & Experie
