In this role, you will partner closely with the Search product and engineering teams, leveraging eBays vast data ecosystem to uncover insights, influence the Search roadmap, and drive customer-centric innovation across our marketplace.This role combines hands-on analytics depth and experimental design and implementation awareness.Key Responsibilities1 . Product Analytics Ownership:Own analytics for a major Search product area (e.g., ranking, relevance, personalization, or query understanding). Prior search experience is preferred but not necessary.Partner closely with Product and Engineering to define transparent success metrics aligned to buyer and business outcomes, develop structured hypotheses grounded in data and customer behaviorExperimentationDesign:implement, and interpret A/B tests and causal inference studies.
