As an Analytics Manager at Wells Fargo, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of analytics consultants to support the Secondary Product Review function within Conduct Analytics and Reporting. Your responsibilities will include:- Building and managing a team to expand offshore support for the Secondary Product Review function.- Leading the strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges using advanced data analytics techniques.- Delivering long-term solutions that require vision, innovation, and coordination of complex activities.- Providing vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership to implement innovative business solutions aligned with the enterprise.- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and policies on all managed projects.Qualifications required for this role include:- 4 years of experience in Analytics or equivalent demonstrated expertise.- 2 years of leadership experience.Desired qualifications for the role are:- 10 years of experience in Analytics and Reporting.- 5 years of leadership experience.- Solid analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.- Experience in onshore/offshore support model.- Proficiency in SQL, Teradata, testing, quality assurance, SDLC, and System Integration Testing.- Skills in Agile methodology and use of Jira tools.- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.- Knowledge of control, governance, and audit procedures.- Familiarity with Conduct Management data and Tableau/PowerBI Reporting tools.- Understanding of research and analysis principles.- 1 year of Big Data experience.- 4 years of data management experience, including data modeling and data quality.As an Analytics Manager at Wells Fargo, you will play a crucial role in leading analytics initiatives, resolving complex challenges, and delivering innovative solutions that align with the enterprises goals.
