This role involves transforming textbook problems into clear, structured, and pedagogically sound step-by-step solutions that support student understanding and learning outcomes.All content must align with international academic standards and follow strict quality, structure, and compliance guidelines.This is a long-term opportunity with consistent work volume and performance-based incentives.Key Responsibilities
- Review assigned textbook problems to fully understand learning objectives, core concepts, and expected solution approaches.
- Develop 35 logically sequenced steps for each problem, each representing a clear reasoning or calculation unit.
- Write student-facing explanations that are clear, neutral, and easy to understand.
- Add 46 accurate and relevant primary keywords per problem.
- Ensure solutions strictly follow textbook logic without introducing alternate methods or current concepts.




- Maintain the exact framing of the problem (calculation-based, interpretive, comparative, or decision-oriented).
- Clearly show calculations step-by-step for quantitative problems, including rounding instructions.
- Add suggested tables, charts, and visual instructions where applicable to enhance understanding.
- Ensure every deliverable includes:
- Problem Text & Statement
- Step Titles & Explanations
- Graphic Instructions
- Optional Problem Introduction (only when context is required)

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong subject matter expertise in relevant academic domains
- Proven ability to create student-facing academic content
- Excellent written English and attention to detail
- Ability to break complex problems into simple, logical steps
- Experience in content authoring, solution writing, tutoring, curriculum development, or academic publishing
- Comfortable working with MS Word and structured templates

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate / Ph.D. in Business Analytics
- Prior experience with international curriculum, global publishers, or EdTech platforms is an advantage
- Experience working on textbook solutions, workbooks, or digital learning content
