As a Supervising Associate Presentation designer at EY, you will be responsible for owning the creative and visual direction for various collaterals ensuring they are on-brand, user-centric, and aesthetically proficient. Your role will involve leading creative brainstorms, producing strategic conceptual work, adhering to brand guidelines, staying up-to-date with design trends, providing art direction support, and mentoring junior team members. You will also prioritize deadlines, manage multiple projects concurrently, and contribute towards organizational initiatives.**Key Responsibilities:**- Provide creative leadership to design teams for various collaterals such as brochures, illustrations, infographics, presentations, proposals, microsites, motion graphics, and social media content- Produce strategically sound conceptual work through rapid prototyping and storyboard creation- Adhere to brand guidelines and exceed expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, budget, and efficiency- Stay updated with current design trends and advocate the same to team members- Communicate effectively with customers, lead project discussions with a customer-centric mindset, and provide innovative design solutions- Mentor junior team members on best design practices and prioritize deadlines effectively- Contribute towards various organizational initiatives**Qualifications Required:**- Bachelors degree or college diploma in Graphic Design or related discipline- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign- Experience in digital, social, and integrated media- Strong visual design and creative thinking capability- At least 6 years of experience in a fast-paced global environment with team management experience- Proficiency in presentation design,
