Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of Network & Security projects.
- Manage deployment, configuration, migration, and troubleshooting of enterprise network infrastructure.
- Handle implementation and support of multi-vendor Firewalls, Routers, Switches, and NAC solutions.
- Coordinate with customers, OEMs, internal teams, and partners for smooth project execution.
- Conduct site surveys, solution validation, and technical assessments.
- Ensure project delivery within defined timelines, scope, and quality standards.
- Provide L2/L3 technical support and resolve complex network/security issues.
- Prepare HLD/LLD, implementation plans, SOPs, and project documentation.
- Perform configuration hardening and security best practices implementation.
- Monitor project risks and escalate issues proactively.
- Mentor and guide technical engineers and implementation teams.
- Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, and solution presentations.




- Ensure compliance with organizational and customer security policies.

Required Technical Skills

Networking

- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Enterprise Switches
- Routers
- Wireless solutions
- VLANs, STP, Routing Protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP)
- VPN technologies
- High Availability solutions

Security

- Hands-on implementation and troubleshooting experience on multiple OEM Firewalls such as:
- Palo Alto Networks
- Fortinet
- Cisco
- Check Point
- Sophos
- Juniper Networks

NAC (Network Access Control)

- Strong implementation and operational knowledge of NAC solutions such as:
- Cisco ISE
- Aruba Networks ClearPass
- Other NAC platforms

Additional Skills

- Valuable understanding of:
- Network Security architecture
- Endpoint security integration
- SIEM/SOC integration
- SD-WAN concepts
- Cloud networking fundamentals
- Network monitoring tools
