What would you be doing
- 1. Develop recipes emphasizing clean labels and nutritional advantages - from a nutrition first prespective
- 2. Conduct comprehensive research on micro and macro nutrients'' impact on taste and nutrition labels.
- 3. Thoroughly investigate ingredients and flavors for optimal product utilization.
- 4. Maintain meticulous records of all research and data relevant to product development.
- 5. Conduct periodic on-site visits during batch production to ensure quality standards (only one site in Ahmedabad).
- 6. Conduct market and product research to assess competitive products.
What do we look for in your qualifications
- Bachelors degree in food science & nutrition from an accredited institution.
- Previous experience in the food industry.
