Role & responsibilities

Planning & Scheduling

- Develop integrated project schedules from engineering to commissioning.
- Prepare baseline schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Define project milestones and critical paths.
- Create detailed work breakdown structures (WBS).
- Develop resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules.

Project Monitoring & Control

- Monitor project progress against approved baselines.
- Track schedule performance using KPIs.
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Update project schedules weekly/monthly.
- Identify delays and prepare recovery plans.

Cost Control

- Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
- Track committed and actual costs.
- Prepare cost forecasts and Estimate at Completion (EAC).
- Analyze cost variances.
- Support budget approvals and financial reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

- B Tech/BE with 10+ yrs of experience in Heavy Infra/Industrial Projects
- Working experience on Primavera
