Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and online channels.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Conduct product demos and onboard new customers with account setup and initial training.
- Follow up with customers to drive product adoption, renewals,
and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Robust interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM is an advantage).
- Experience in B2B sales, IT sales, or software sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Presentation and product demonstration skills.
- Customer onboarding and account management.
- Time management and ability to handle high-volume customer interactions.
- Problem-solving and customer success mindset.
