About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand's online presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong social media management skills, excellent content creation abilities, and hands-on experience with AI-powered content creation tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain all company social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish high-quality content aligned with the brand's marketing strategy.
- Develop engaging posts, reels, carousels, stories, and short-form videos.
- Utilize AI tools to generate content ideas, write captions, create visuals, edit videos, and improve overall content quality.
- Design basic graphics and visual creatives for social media campaigns.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging AI tools.
- Coordinate with the marketing, design, and sales teams to execute campaigns effectively.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels.

Required Skills





- 0-3 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with content planning and social media scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing.
- Creativity with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
