Role Overview

The MSP Program Manager (Offshore) is responsible for supporting and managing Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs for global enterprise clients. This role partners closely with vendors, internal delivery teams, and U.S.-based stakeholders to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and program performance across offshore and global requisitions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day MSP operations for assigned client programs, including requisition flow, vendor engagement, and SLA adherence
- Act as the primary offshore point of contact for vendor partners with India-based delivery teams
- Support vendor onboarding, compliance documentation, and ongoing performance management
- Monitor KPIs such as time-to-fill, submission quality, supplier performance, and cost metrics
- Ensure adherence to client policies, labor regulations, and MSP governance standards
- Collaborate with U.S.-based Program Leaders on escalations, reporting,



and continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare and deliver operational reports, dashboards, and insights for internal and client stakeholders

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in MSP, contingent workforce, or staffing operations
- Strong understanding of vendor management, offshore staffing models, and compliance requirements
- Experience working with VMS platforms (Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support U.S.-based clients across time zones
- Solid analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience supporting global or enterprise MSP programs
- Exposure to IT, engineering, or professional services staffing
- Experience working in a matrixed, global delivery environment
