- Provide onsite field support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.

- Perform hardware installation, replacement, and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and accessories.

- Diagnose and resolve network issues related to LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and cabling.

- Handle network cabling, patch panel management, and rack installations.

- Support OS installation, configuration, and upgrades (Windows).

- Configure and troubleshoot IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and basic firewall issues.

- Provide support for VPN connectivity, internet issues, and remote access.

- Coordinate with ISPs and hardware vendors for issue resolution and replacements.

- Maintain IT asset inventory, tagging, and documentation.

- Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams with proper root cause details.

- Ensure SLA adherence and timely closure of field service tickets.

Required Skills & Knowledge

- 14 years of experience in Field Support / Hardware & Networking roles.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware troubleshooting.

- Positive understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routing, switching).
