Role & responsibilities

Responsible for vehicle tracking for employee pickup and drop, Responsible for handling Escalation for all transport operational related issues, Responsible for timely cab deployment and effective communication with suppliers. Good knowledge of the Transport domain including employee safety feature and prevention measure skill, Flexibility to work in any shift and on weekends as and when needed. Willingness to do the night shift, work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion while maintaining qualified demeanor, Vendor management skills are required, should be independent enough to tackle employees during drop. Ensure that vendor cabs are aligned as per drop. Proper knowledge of Kolkata geography,



should have knowledge about transport technology including employee safety feature e.g. Move Insync application

Preferred candidate profile

1+ Years on Employee Transport Management / Cab service Management

Hands on Move in Sync application or any other similar Platform

Knowledge of Kolkata Geography
