Key Responsibilities :

- Communicate with patients who are interested in home sample collection services.

- Visit patients' homes to collect samples as per the scheduled appointments.

- Collect samples from customers/patients and perform rapid testing when required.





- Maintain specimen integrity by using aseptic techniques and following standard operating procedures (SOP's).

- Accurately identify patients and verify their identity documents.

- Perform venipuncture or finger-stick procedures to collect blood samples.

- Use the correct testing equipment to analyze samples when required.

- Label vials accurately and match blood specimens with the correct patients.

- Prepare and package specimens for safe transportation to the laboratory.

- Maintain accurate records of patient data, specimen details, and test results.

- Clean, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment regularly.

- Ensure proper tagging and documentation as per medical requisition forms.

- Follow bio hazard safety and biomedical waste management protocols.

What Were Looking For :

Experience:

1 to 10 years of experience in phlebotomy or related functions.

Skills:

- Solid hands-on experience in blood collection and sample handling

- Understanding of diagnostic testing protocols and specimen packaging

- Knowledge of biomedical waste management practices

- Ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism

- Familiarity with basic computer operations

- Good verbal and written communication skills

Education :

- DMLT / BMLT

Other Requirements :

- 2 Wheeler

- DL/LL

- Willingness to travel as required

- Customer-first mindset

- Proactive approach to patient service
