Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage month end reporting process, including general ledger accounting, intercompany reconciliation, and record to report (RTR) tasks.

- Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial statements by coordinating with various teams.

- Handle team members' queries related to RTR processes and provide guidance on SAP system usage.

- Oversee the entire RTR cycle from data collection to final submission, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues during month-end closing.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in Record To Report (RTR), General Ledger Accounting, Intercompany Accounting, Month End Closing & Reporting.

- Bachelor's degree in B.B.A. / B.M.S. or B.Com or M.Com or CA/ICWAI qualification preferred but not mandatory.

- Robust understanding of SAP systems and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
