The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end
recruitment activities for Suraksha Diagnostic Ltd across clinical, non-clinical, and
corporate functions. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews,
and ensuring timely closure of positions while maintaining a positive candidate
experience.
Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

Handle end-to-end recruitment for positions across diagnostic centres, laboratories,
corporate offices, and support functions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals,
and networking channels.

Post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms and monitor responses.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
Screening & Selection

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
Follow up with candidates and hiring teams to ensure smooth interview processes.

Recruitment Operations

Update and maintain recruitment trackers, databases,



and candidate records.
Generate recruitment reports, including sourcing effectiveness, closure timelines, and
joining status.

Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and processes.

Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs, campus drives, and
hiring events.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.

1-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, hospitals, or service industries will be an
advantage.

Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work within defined timelines.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
