Skyram Technologies is looking for a energetic Key Account Manager who can balance client relationship management with hands-on content creation comfortable managing client communication and invoicing, and equally confident on camera, creating short-form video content.

Location: New Town Kolkata

Qualification: Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

*Primary point of contact for assigned client accounts — day-to-day communication, queries, coordination between client and internal team

*Manage invoicing, billing follow-ups, and documentation for client accounts

*Create and appear in short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) with strong on-camera presence and engaging delivery

*Collaborate with the creative team on video concepts aligned with client briefs and trends





*Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery

*Bring energy and a proactive attitude to client meetings and content shoots

Desired Candidate Profile:

*1+ year of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar client-facing role

*Comfortable and confident on camera — natural expression, good screen presence

*Strong written and verbal communication skills

*Invoicing/billing coordination experience is a plus

*Awareness of current social media trends, especially Gen Z-focused content

*Reliable, energetic, proactive team player
