- Verify contractor and vendor bills based on actual work executed at site, approved BOQs, work orders, and contract conditions.
- Measure and certify quantities executed in coordination with the Project Execution and Quantity Survey teams.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Procurement, and Finance teams for timely bill processing.
- Identify opportunities for improving billing accuracy, process efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Process variation orders, extra item claims, escalation claims, and rate analysis as per contractual provisions.
