The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and supervision of construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating with site engineers, contractors, architects, and suppliers; monitoring daily site progress; maintaining project documentation; ensuring compliance with safety regulations; and resolving on-site technical issues. The role also involves inspecting construction work, managing material usage, preparing progress reports, and supporting project managers in achieving project milestones.

Candidates should possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. A diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred, along with relevant experience in the construction industry. Knowledge of construction methods, project management practices, AutoCAD, MS Office, and quality control procedures will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (preferred).
- 15 years of experience in the construction or real estate industry (freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply).
- Good understanding of construction methods, building materials, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or other construction software is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and work in a dynamic construction environment.
