Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead with 5+ years of robust experience to spearhead our Salesforce development ecosystem in Mumbai.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. You will balance high-impact hands-on development (Apex/LWC) with technical architecture, solution design, and team mentorship. Mandatory Requirements

- Experience: Strict minimum of 5 years of core experience in Salesforce Development and Administration.
- Technical Core: Proven expertise in Apex (Triggers, Classes, Async) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai.
- Communication: Solid verbal and written communication skills are non-negotiable (ability to lead code reviews and mentor teams seamlessly).

Key Responsibilities

- Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.
- Hands-on Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Apex and LWC while maintaining an optimal balance with Salesforce configuration (Flows, Security Models).
- API & Data Integration:



Architect and implement robust custom API integrations (REST/SOAP) and execute secure data migrations.
- Code Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous code reviews, enforce design patterns, and ensure best-practice development practices across the team.
- DevOps & Release Management: Manage and optimize deployment pipelines using Git and CI/CD tools for seamless environment releases.
- Team Mentorship: Guide, unblock, and mentor junior and mid-level developers, driving overall technical excellence within the pod.

Required Skills

- Development: Advanced programming skills in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and JavaScript.
- Configuration: Expert-level mastery of Salesforce out-of-the-box features (Advanced Flows, Profiles, Permission Sets, Validation Rules).
- Integrations: Deep understanding of synchronous/asynchronous integration patterns, Web Services, and middleware tools.
- Tools: Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, VS Code, Git, and automated deployment tools (CI/CD).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, logical thinking, and strong leadership to drive delivery timelines.
