Fashion Content & Campaign Executive (Menswear)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and fashion-forward skilled to support our Creative, E-commerce, and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating campaign shoots, ensuring product presentation quality across digital channels, conducting fashion and trend research, and assisting with content planning and social media execution. This role requires a strong eye for styling, an understanding of menswear fashion, and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Shoot Coordination

- Coordinate campaign products internally with Merchandising, Production, and Creative teams.
- Maintain campaign product lists and shoot trackers.
- Prepare style code sheets, campaign presentations, and product information for internal teams, social media, and production.
- Conduct campaign research using trend reports, AI tools (ChatGPT or similar), Pinterest, and fashion references.
- Assist in image selection for advertising campaigns, banners, website, social media, and other marketing collateral.




- Perform quality checks on campaign images and videos before final approvals.

E-commerce Quality Control

- Review e-commerce imagery for:
- Product pairings
- Styling accuracy
- Model posing
- Fabric visibility
- Product detailing
- Overall visual consistency

- Provide styling and contact sheet feedback to photographers and creative teams.

Fashion Research & Trend Analysis

- Source visual references for editorial and campaign shoots.
- Research competitor and aspirational fashion brands to identify trends, campaign ideas, and best practices.
- Explore emerging marketing platforms (Pinterest, Snapchat, and new digital channels) for brand growth opportunities.

Content & Social Media Support

- Prepare product feature notes, fabric details, and campaign presentations for brand partners.
- Coordinate and schedule social media content postings.
- Assist in maintaining a consistent brand aesthetic across all digital touchpoints.
