About the Role

Boston Institute of Analytics (BIA) is hiring Program Advisors to counsel prospective students and working professionals interested in career-focused programs such as AI, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Business Analytics, Investment Banking, and more.

The role involves understanding candidates' career goals, recommending suitable programs, guiding them through the admission process, and converting qualified leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
- Understand candidates' educational background and career aspirations.
- Explain course curriculum, fees, certification, and career opportunities.
- Guide candidates through the admission and enrollment process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
- Update lead status and student interactions in the CRM.
- Ensure a professional and positive counselling experience.

Candidate Profile





- 13 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Admissions, Education Sales, Inside Sales, or B2C Sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
- Comfortable handling student inquiries and lead conversions.
- Experience with CRM or lead management tools is preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline.
