About the Role

Role & responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
- Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Preferred candidate profile

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Experience in sourcing through Naukri and other job portals.
- Strong screening and interview coordination skills.
- Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 6 months to 3 years of recruitment experience.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in recruitment may also apply.
