We are seeking a seasoned Lead Data Security professional to spearhead protection of sensitive organizational data, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement cutting-edge security protocols. The role requires deep expertise in Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Data Flow Analysis (DFA), Database Activity Monitoring (DAM), data lifecycle management, and Information Rights Management (IRM).

Key responsibilities include

- developing the data security strategy and roadmap
- implementing DLP programs
- conducting DFA to map sensitive data movement
- overseeing DAM for real-time threat detection
- managing the end-to-end data lifecycle
- integrating IRM solutions
- ensuring compliance with GDPR, HIPAA and other frameworks
- driving audits and incident response planning
- fostering a strong security culture across the organization

Ideal candidates bring solid exposure to data encryption, digital rights management, and data classification, with CISSP/CISM/CISA certification preferred.
